Battered Rose first opened in March 2006. The site was created by solarfacade as a resource for Emilie Autumn lyrics, featuring lyrics from the Enchant era as well as solar’s transcriptions of EA’s new songs from Opheliac. The site quickly expanded into a full blown fansite, containing information on Emilie’s albums, side projects, video and audio downloads, and a gallery. In December 2006 the site moved to its own domain, BatteredRose.com.
