The Rochester City Ballet will be performing a dance piece featuring poems from Your Sugar Sits Untouched this July:
Leverett’s piece, entitled “How to Break a Heart,” pairs poetry from Emilie Autumn (including the title poem) with Bach’s “Sonata No. 1.” The ensemble dance cultivates a layered effect, paired with musically inspired visual patterns.
